I had my luggage delayed at the airport and the staff at the hotel arranged for the luggage to be delivered directly to the hotel at a later date directly to my room. There's also free transport to the old market from 6PM which I used frequently. The hotel staff also always answers your call on WhatsApp and assists you whenever possible. The rooms were also very clean with great AC. The photos look like CG but the hotel is just that beautiful.

Great location, close to the central area but far enough away to avoid late night noise from pub street. Staff were great and the breakfast choices are good. Small well maintained swimming pool which was nice for cooling off in the afternoon. The hotel is quite new and is a small paradise, one of the best small reasonably priced hotels in the down town area with plenty of places to eat or drink close by. Only ten minutes walk to the Siem Reap old market and Pub Street.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The management of the hotel are very mindful of doing their bit for the environment, and we were sorry that we could not take part in the tree-planting ceremony. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we preferred to get an early start. The location was good - easy walking distance to Pub Street, Old Market, Artisans Angkor, but far away enough to have a quiet night's sleep. Swimming pool was put to good use.

The pool area is very shaded in the afternoon which is very welcome. The hotel provides free tuk tuk to old market/centre. It’s not far to walk but tuk tuk is welcome in the heat.
