I want to give a big applause to Mr. Eddy Cha at the reception desk, who spent a lot of effort on helping me retrieve my camera case that I left on the taxi. He helped us call the customer service of Uber and contact with the taxi driver. We weren’t even expecting to see the case again and got depressed, until Eddy showed up with my camera case. It was a huge favor and I want to give all my thanks to Eddy, who made our Busan trip joyful!

The harbour view twin room was really nice, cosy and well designed, much better than the other room we booked, which was the ocean view deluxe room with double queen beds, which had the same view as the harbour view room but was much pricier and only slightly larger. Nonetheless the rooms were both great. The service is great at this hotel, and the staff were very helpful towards foreign guests. The business room was good but ran out of printing paper. My other family member said the food here was better than a top 5 star hotel like Shangri La in Hong Kong. Especially the Chinese restaurant. I didn’t really like the location personally because it’s far away from everything and a 13 minute walk to the subway. You pretty much have to taxi everywhere. But I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Exceptional stay. Value for money. The room was clean, stunning view and spacious. There is also a bathtub in the bathroom! The staff are accommodating and welcoming. The area is quiet and has an ocean view.

    Nice, spacious room, very comfortable for a family of four with 5 and 7-year-old kids. Huge windows, very bright, nice view. Great location a few minutes from BEXCO, lots of restaurants etc around and Centum City mall just a few min walk away.
