There was attentive staff when we arrived (around 8PM) and in the morning when we left. The check-in was easy for a non Korean speaker and the bed was big and very comfortable.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. The staff were very welcoming, the breakfast was really amazing especially kimchi and omelette. it was my second time booking a room in this hotel, I was very satisfied with service level, everything was clean and organized
