Very friendly and helpful staff! I felt very welcome and the room was very worth wat we paid for it! The location was right in the middle of a bustling area of Seoul with shops, restaurants and bar just around the corner.

I was so impressed with the services, the Korean hospitality, the location with great view of Han river. I got a room with river view and it worth every single dollars to have great views. The sunset and the nightlight was mesmerizing. I loved the area and I did walk across Mapo Bridge to Yeouido side to see Cherry blossoms. Hotel breakfast was the best, good fresh ingredients and delicious. The other thing that I love was good air conditioning that I can adjust. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was luxurious. I will come back for sure, to stay here was the best choice of my trip.

it was very clean and comfortable, the amenities were very thorough, thinking of every detail your guests might need. Location was very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, transportation. As a solo traveler, I also felt safe. You’re staff was discreet, and very helpful.

    The apartment was conveniently located and so close to the Hongik University station. It was very spacious and comfortable with the AC since it was quite hot during my stay in Seoul. I’m glad I had everything I needed with the small kitchen.

    I picked this hotel because the LOTTE brand is renowned. I appreciate the proximity to the Hongik University station. The room was perfect, exactly what I needed for a three night stay. I loved the hydration station in the hallway to refill my water bottle. The Rooftop Lounge was relaxing and the view was nice. I also took advantage of the locker usage when I first arrived prior to check-in. The conveniences afforded, well-designed and thoughtful accommodations, make this hotel a must-stay!

    It was easy and efficient to check in and out. The staff were fast to respond to my messages. It has kitchen with all the essential items. The bathroom was really tiny but works greatly. Location is great- about 10-15 minutes walking distance to the Hongik University station.
