Excellent location in the heart of Jamsil. Lotte Mall right next door with the beautiful Seokchon Lake across the street. A massive amount of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within minutes walk. Subway was also minutes away. We had a family room (2 kids under 6) and it was spacious and had all the trimmings. Very quiet with very comfy beds. Concierges went out of their way to help

Good location and good staff. Unfortunately the trash can of my room still not cleanup when I was check in.

The service was exceptional from the moment we pulled up the curb. Staff everywhere were extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond. The hotel is conveniently located at Lotte world, a department store and mall as well as a subway station making it very convenient. The rooms were lovely and well equipped.

GLAD Gangnam COEX Center is located next to Exit 1 of Samseong Subway Station (Line 2) and houses a fitness center, lounge and front desk open around the clock.

The location is perfect: in front of the bus terminal from the airport, with a lot of bars, restaurants and markets a walk distance. The room is comfortable, but it has many small lights that became big lights during the night (air conditioner, tv, internet, etc.).
