Upon the entry to the hotel, you can see how clean and modern it is. Didn't expect it from 3 star hotel at all. The staff was friendly and always happy to help. There's a gym, common kitchen and a laundry room if needed. Cleaning was daily and very thorough. Beds were comfortable with clean bedsheets. Pillow cases were changed every second day.

The service and facilities are amazing. The location is everything! The guys at reception were kind enough to handle my package when it arrived a day late after I checked out. The beautiful hotel is right at the heart of vibrant Myeongdeong. This place is exactly what we needed for our first time in Seoul. The staff are all so responsive to online messages, it’s just amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons Seoul. The highlight was definitely the service from the staff. Each person we met was very polite, professional and helpful. A special thank you to Summer at the front desk who helped check us in and all the front staff that worked so seamlessly together. The room was amazing and very clean, we have nothing but good things to say. We will definitely be back when we get the chance.

My Hanok Hotel Daam experience was amazing. They have a very clean and comfortable room. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. I had a very long and tiring flight from Dubai to South Korea and Lily made my day. The breakfast is so delicious and healthy and there is a lot of option. I really feel the cultural vibe of this hotel.
