Bof (as we say in French). Walked all the way up (step, step, step, ..) to reach a crowded small place with tons of dusty keylocks. If you are tall enough or if you have long arm, you may manage to take a proper photo of the view. Next time, I'll book to get on the tower. On the way up , there is a Michelin stared restaurant.
