Lita goes above and beyond to ensure guests are welcomed and any needs are addressed. Flat was super clean and well stocked (toiletries, paper products, towels, slippers, etc.) for our visit. The bottle of water, light fruit drinks and local snacks were a nice welcome after a long travel day. Amazing views of Seoul and great local vibe. If you prefer a villa to an officetel, this is a very comfortable pet-friendly stay. Washer and tumble dryer for extra convenience included. Might be a tight fit for 4 people, if you have a lot of luggage between you, but good for 2-3 if you're traveling light.
