Hotel is very new and clean. Location is convenient, close to the market, tourist attractions, and buses. Jay and his staff are excellent. He makes you feel like family and goes out of his way to ensure your stay is pleasant. During my stay, one of my family members was unwell and he did everything he could to help.

I had a few problems not related to the hotel, but the staff went out of their way to help me. I do not speak Korean but they spoke quite well.

The breakfast mu was great. The atmosphere and view from the restaurant in the morning was something to remember for along time. The staff was so nice. It was great pleasure to be served with great looking people.

Great location, I stayed in the main building as the new Annex building was fully booked. However, I was very happy with the Main building already and woke up with a beautiful each morning! Definitely would be happy to stay here again. Surprise they had a sauna that was very well looked after as well.
