Magnificent views from our room (95th floor) and also the 79th floor lobby. Great service and outstanding facilities. Food is good, but pricey. Much better options in adjoining mall which is excellent and connected internally.

The location was super convenient, just next to the airport limousine bus station and Coex Mall. Also, it is easy to access the metro station. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I definitely will stay again.

I wanted to switch it up by staying at a different hotel this year, so I decided on Glad, being that I had passed it a few times. I was celebrating my birthday, and my trip started off horrible by me losing my passport on the first day that I arrived. I suffer from extreme anxiety and basically had a panic attack the second I arrived at the hotel to find that I lost my documents. The front desk was so pleasantly accommodating even though I wanted to cry under a table. I was leaving for Busan in 24 hours the next morning, so you can only imagine the stress of my situation. The front desk gave me water to calm me down, and one young lady helped me up to my room. They even tried translating to my driver so that he didn't feel any blame for my mishap. Throughout my trip, and even after I was able to retrieve my belongings, which in Los Angeles would be a rare outcome, they continued to help me in hailing a taxi if my app wasn't computing or if I was pressed for time. They were just overall helpful, friendly, and lovely. I rarely stayed in my hotel room or used the amenities, being that I had a full itinerary, but the room was comfortably and cozy. I also truly respect the cleaning department. I somehow kept the Do Not Disturb button on and couldn't figure out how to turn it off, so the woman would always be sure to leave me a bag of essentials outside of my door. I found this to be a very thoughtful gesture. I understand that tipping is frowned upon, but I so badly wanted to gift each person just to show my sincere appreciation for all that they did for me when I first arrived. I guess my appreciation will just have to show by booking for October of this year when I return. See you soon!
