Location - you can’t go wrong with Insadong and the location of this hotel. It is conveniently located by 3 subway lines! Hotel - it is clean, noise proof, the staff is nice You can walk to the 2 palaces, Bucheon Hanok village the stream and Myongdong. it is really convenient. Expect a lot of (young)people drinking and eating on the street at night as it is a popular place. If you have watched any Korean movies and dramas you know about the street restaurants. you will see many of those here. it is not too noisy and it is actually really cool to be right there

The staff were super on top of it, from check in, to breakfast, all the way through stowing and picking up my luggage when I was ready to head out, they were awesome.

- Great location, close to 2 train stations, restaurants and night market - Good sound proofing, although there is a stretch of restaurants opposite the room open till late, sound was well kept out by the window - Free mini bar - Gym with smith machine, free weights and treadmill - Service was very professional. Even though there were some issue with the lights in my room, the manager handled the issue swiftly and politely, and they were terribly apologetic for it though it was fixed the next day

Upon the entry to the hotel, you can see how clean and modern it is. Didn't expect it from 3 star hotel at all. The staff was friendly and always happy to help. There's a gym, common kitchen and a laundry room if needed. Cleaning was daily and very thorough. Beds were comfortable with clean bedsheets. Pillow cases were changed every second day.
