The hotel is very good, with excellent facilities, although I didn't get the opportunity to try the pool. The staff are very friendly and professional and extremely helpful in all areas. The rooms are kept in very good condition and serviced regularly. The rooms are equipped with all varieties of supplies and disposables in case you forget anything. I loved the spacious walk-in shower. In-room dining is very good, the food is high quality, and room service support easy to use and courteous. Good selection of food types and a good wine list. The hotel is well located and provides transport facilities, at a small cost. The concierge is exactly what you would expect and you can ask almost anything, booking external restaurants, shopping and local information. There are plenty of comfortable meeting spaces and most areas have incredible views of the city and/or mountains. Next to the hotel, just a few minutes walk, is a shopping centre, the Essentai Mall, a high end collection of quality stores with a very good supermarket in the basement. I can highly recommend a stay here for business or pleasure, and will definitely visit again when I am next in Almaty.

Warning! Do not book in any other property. This property is excellent! The property is in an exceptional location—right on top of a mountain with a breathtaking view of Almaty. Despite its elevated setting, it’s only about 15 minutes from Dostyk Plaza and the main attractions of the city, even during peak traffic, which makes it both peaceful and convenient. We were welcomed by the owner’s daughter, who was very hospitable and genuinely warm toward international guests. That personal touch immediately set the tone for our stay. Having spent five nights in a large international chain hotel before coming here, I can honestly say this property felt more comfortable and homelike. Travel time from both places to the city was practically the same, but Qazaq Garden offered an extra layer of relaxation that I didn’t find in the hotel. The rooms were stylish, clean, and cozy—perfect for a family vacation. The air conditioning was excellent; I finally got proper rest here, something I couldn’t achieve at the big chain hotel where the cooling was disappointing. Each room also has its own Wi-Fi connection, which worked reliably throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, healthy, and truly delicious. We had been dining at premium restaurants in the city, yet the breakfast here surpassed many of those experiences. It’s prepared fresh and delivered directly to your room between 9:00 and 11:00, with timing flexible to your preference. The outdoor area is beautifully set up, with plenty of space to relax, enjoy quality family time, or make use of the BBQ zone. The staff even helped me light the coal and cook. While it would have been nice to have a small grill by the room, I completely understand that safety comes first. Pricing was very fair. In fact, if I compare it to the free nights I redeemed at an international chain hotel, I would still rather pay and stay here. The value for money at Qazaq Garden is simply excellent. Transportation is also hassle-free.

The room was very nice and clean. The light was smooth and warm, very comfortable for resting. Staff is polite and reacts quickly. Strongly recommended.
