I really liked the hotel. The rooms are so beautiful and spacious, the location is great, the room view is amazing. The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever met in Astana, especially the receptionist and Buttler. It was clean, stylish, with excellent service. The are restaurants and bars, where you can have a nice dinner or drinks. Also, you can fully relax in the Iridium spa, where you can find a swimming pool, a terrace with a city view, a hammam, a sauna, a massage, etc.

everything is super lux: furniture, accessories, design. especially I was fascinated by bang and olufsen speaker in the room - everything else is of the same quality level. so recommend the hotel.

Actually, the hotel is very nice! I had a big Executive 2-zoned room with huge living room and nice cozy bedroom zone. The bed is really comfy, hypoallergenic pillows, which is extremely important for me. Iron and board are inside the room by default, which is also priceless. A/c was working properly and very effectively. Breakfast is nice as well, wide variety of everything.

Staff is terrific. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food at Emilya is excellent.
