This place is absolutely incredible! From the moment I made the booking to the end of my stay, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Basil, the property manager, is truly outstanding — one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve come across. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always ready to answer questions or resolve any issues promptly and with genuine care. This was a fantastic place to spend the last day and night before flying out of Sri Lanka. The room is spacious and quiet, the staff is super friendly, the pool is very enjoyable and last but not least the food is very tasty. I felt very well taken care of, with some extra mangoes for breakfast - my favorite fruit! - and a late check-out made possible so I could make use of my room until I had to leave for the airport. I can only recommend this place and will certainly be back if I come to Sri Lanka again.

Right from the first hello to our farewell we were made to feel like much loved family members at this boutique accomodation. The service was 150%. It was our last night in Sri Lanka before heading to the airport which was about 20 minutes away. Far enough away to not be overly impacted by the noise of planes overhead. The property was kept in immaculate condition and the swim in the private pool was greatly appreciated after a long hot holiday. We elected to purchase dinner at the property, it was a delicious and abundant selection of home made curries. It was well worth the small charge. The breakfast was equally enjoyable. We were never left hungry or disappointed. The rooms were large and nicely appointed. It was a great experience, we loved it.
