The reception staff, a nice man and girl (night shift on Aug 22) were very considerate regarding suggesting the room far away from the Entrance smoking area, as also an early check in after our night flight. And thanks to their reception supervisor, in a responsive way she solved some issues regarding relocation to the business room today.

The location is great, near the train station and spots in the old town. Across the road there is a supermarket, easy for buying stuff:) Staffs are all friendly and it is free to keep your luggage in there! Highly recommend others choose this one as your accommodation in Vilnius!

The service was exceptional, especially Andrius was super helpful and took really good care of the guests. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast, and the service was efficient and friendly. The room was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was very quite and there was even an extra door after the entryway that helped keep the sound out. The staff remembered our wishes to enjoy the breakfast in the winter garden the next day. They also helped and suggested ideas for things we would enjoy to do while in Vilnius. Perhaps the best hotel we have stayed at!
