I felt like I am a movie star in an old italian film :) Fabulous little hotel at the central town square! I loved arhitecture of the hotel and old style bilinds on the windows - "škure"! Marko was a great host. He recomended boat excursion which was fantastic! He has helped a lot on my way to Virpazar suggesting best directions. Ladies working at the reception and in a restaurant were very nice and polite. They have recomened little antique exibition at the attic of the hotel. My best recommendations for Pelikan hotel!

Our host at the apartment was very kind and accommodating. Their son even took us on a boat ride around the lake, which was a really lovely experience. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable.

    We went for three days and I think it was too much.

    We went for three days and I think it was too much. We couldn't do any hikes because the locals told us there were poisonous snakes on all of them. Which super appreciated the warning of course! But it left us without much to do. The town of Virpazar, is cute but very very small, you can see it in about 15 mins. I think unless you have pre-planned hikes/biking trips that you know you want to do and you know they are open (have checked with locals) then just do a day trip here. It would be more than enough. The boat trips are on average only 2-3 hours long. They are beautiful, but I think arrive, take a boat trip, have lunch in Virpazar (theres a cool resturant on a boat right in the center) then head back to the coast (or onto Dumitor National Park) late afternoon.

    We stayed just outside Virpazar and drove in (we had booked...

    We stayed just outside Virpazar and drove in (we had booked a tour and were lucky that the tour guide could help us with parking!), we stayed at Vranjina. We took a tour on lake skadar; Private Guided 2-Hour Lake Skadar Boat Tour, booked through Get Your Guide. The lake is amazing! We forgot to bring swim clothes so make sure you remember to pack some! There is an amazing little sea food restaurant right at/below the bridge that you go under during your tour - very good service and very fresh fish/sea food! There are two restaurants that more or less share parking, if you stand facing the restaurants from the road, this is the one to the left :)

    This place is an absolute gem if you like your own space and want to be close to Lake Skadar. We stayed with our 8 year old and 6 year old and found the apartment really spacious and comfortable. Great air conditioning for the heatwave and we loved being able to easily walk into the little village of Virzapar in ten minutes. The host gave us a fantastic recommendation for river swimming - a quiet spot with beautiful clear water. We also went out on the boat across Lake Skadar which was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend.

    Perfect location, 8 minutes walk to the center into a path. It’s worthy to stay one night at least and enjoy the boat cruises in Lake Skadar. Virpazar is cute and it has nice restaurants. I had a good time. The apartment has everything you need. Air conditioning, wifi, kitchen, comfortable bed and toilet. It was really quiet. I had a good sleep at night. The air conditioning is quite silenced. Good everything. Check in was easy and it has parking. Good value for money. People were correct and polite.

    Fantastic hotel in perfect location for Lake Skadar and only 30 mins to coast. Fantastic staff, beautiful rooms and wonderful trip on the lovely hotel boat. The sky bar and rooftop pool have amazing views of the lake and 2 mins walk to the local restaurants if you want a change from the hotel. Lovely gym and spa - Highly recommended

    Beautiful location!! Friendly helpful host!! Boat tour available on Lake Skadar and the host drove us there. The host also gives you the option of ordering home cooked food for breakfast and dinner - very tasty!! Our apartment had everything we needed upon arrival and was very clean. We have been traveling around Montenegro and this was the nicest place we stayed on our trip!! It was very picturesque and beautiful.

    Stunning 1st floor apartment, beautifully furnished & very comfortable, lovely balcony to watch the boats on the river & very handy for the town! Zoran on hand & very helpful, lent us umbrellas (torrential rain when we arrived). We had a trip on Lake Skadar on his boat too!

    Apartment is excelent! These are new apartments, clean and very good The all apartment and toilet is extremely clean. The hosts delighted us, with them we had the opportunity to ride a boat on the beautiful Lake Skadar and other tips and opportunities for visiting Virpazar and Montenegro. The apartments are located in the very center of Virpazar, in the our apartment there is a microwave, kettle, tea, coffee, dishes...

    It was a beautiful experience staying at Jockers. Vesko and Sneza are the sweetest people you can imagine. They did everything for our stay to be perfect. The apartment was beautiful and the terrace from which you could look at Lake Skadar even more so. They also sell their homemade wine and grappa and other things which are very tasty. Sadly we only had breakfast once, as it was one of the best we had in Montenegro. We surely plan to come back!

    We have been to Montenegro before, but our first time to Lake Skadar. Very beautiful place it is like paradise on earth. Apartments Jolicic where very nice to us the entire time. We went on a boat trip on the lake with them and that was an exceptional experience. This place and the sea is like medicine for the soul. As I like coming to Montenegro, I will definitely come back to Apartments Jolicic again, and I would recommend others to do so aswell.
