I have never stayed in a hotel so carefully curated before! Each of the six rooms are beautifully and luxuriously decorated - from the lighting to the furnishings to the wall art - and every practicality is available (my favorite were the USB ports). The bed in my room was so comfortable (memory foam!) it was very hard to get moving in the morning! You can tell that this is a labor of love for Fabri (the owner), and I don't think I've ever had a warmer welcome at a hotel - I immediately felt at home. The location was great as well; it's right near the main strip of Playa, but on a quiet side street where you don't hear any of the noise from that area. Fabri was overwhelmingly helpful with local recommendations, arranging transportation, and really took the boutique experience to another level. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - you have to experience it for yourself!

Staff super friendly, too close to restaurants, markets and the most important... 2 blocks away from the beach. It is also close to Ado terminal of buses. Spacious rooms and I got cleaning every day. It is quite at nights, despite being next to bars and local stores. Payment and check-in process was fast. They give you a coffee maker to use in your room. Services all good (Water, Tv, Electricity) only the wi-fi a little weak in the room, anyway I didn't care. Very traditional Mexican Villa building. My whole experience was good, no complains. I'd come back.

    If you enjoy pounding evil sounding maya music until 3 am ,...

    If you enjoy pounding evil sounding maya music until 3 am , then this place is for you. They can’t even keep the beach clean, full of seaweed , way to commercial , no charm at all, a lot of bars to get drunk in. There is some good food in some of the restaurants though, but for that I don’t have to go to Playa at all
