QatarIt was amazing experience for me and my mum. I would like to say thank you for everyone who made our stay in the hotel so memorable. The staff of every department I met was very nice, welcoming and everyone did their best to make us happy. I liked the design, the atmosphere of the hotel, so it was hard to leave really. I loved every detail in our room. Also the breakfast was amazing. You could find anything and more there. Very beautiful pool and gym. Hope in the future I will come back again.

We were taken to the 50th Floor for priority check in as we upgraded to enjoy the EQ Club and were given exceptional service.
The concierge did not explain about the room as he wanted it to be a surprise and again a big wow factor.
We left totally satisfied with the hotel and staff.
Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very good, and the staff were very courteous. They always greeted us very politely. The location was perfect—just a 2-minute walk to KL Sentral and NU Sentral. The housekeeping was also excellent.

If you like KL Sentral, this is the place for you, gigantic mall across the street has everything, bus &rail station below mall, white crispy comforter &linen, privacy capsules work for me, many spacious showers &toilets, secure lockers, lounge area between sleeping floors; free hot &cold water, utensils &cups, Courteous &efficient staff, elevator to all floors, coffee &snack bar located within hotel, definitely do it again.

Great location! Steps away from so many restaurants, and a MRT station. Only 25 minutes walk to Kl Sentral. Cute hotel with decent prices. Love the staff! Irene was so nice. She let us leave the luggage for a few hours after checked out, and let us take showers after we explored the city some more.

All the rooms in this hotel are clean and hygienic.
And the staff working here are also very friendly.
And whenever we ask for any help, we will immediately call any of the three, Rizwan, Aman, Muhammad Hirsha'd and they will help us. Whoever comes to Malaysia, choose the City Central Hotel because by staying in this hotel, there is a KL Sentral metro station very close to wherever we want to go.
