I have been to a lot of 5 star hotels (mostly renowned chains) and this hotel is by far the best one out there. The best part of this hotel is the service that you get, from ALL of the staff. They truly care about their guests and would go above and beyond to ensure an amazing stay. We had a medical emergency and all of the staff at reception helped us so much, especially Yinni.     Everything was great! All staff we spoke to were super friendly. We had booked a room with Petronas Towers view and we got upgraded to a higher floor as we are celebrating our honeymoon. Room was spacious, clean. Loved the bath and bath salts provided. We got chocolates to celebrate our honeymoon with lovely messages. Views are incredible! Rooftop bar has a great happy hour. Really good location: walk to the KLCC park, Petronas Towers.

    The location was great. You can walk to the aquarium, KLCC park, the Petronas towers (via air conditioned underground walkway from acquarium) and the pavilion mall. Even Buket Bintang is close enough or you can get a scooter or Grab car. Rooms was super comfy and the space was great. View across KLCC was great.
