On entering, it had a clean stylish interior. Very tastefully decorated and sympathetically decorated to the style of the colonial period.
The whole place had a beautiful dreamy atmosphere about it.
The Staff in every area of the hotel delivered Outstanding Customer Service. They were helpful and eager to help without being overbearing .
The outside eating area remained me of being by the pool area, with three or four areas where you could draw the beautiful coordinating curtains for privacy.
I did not use the swimming pool myself, but was told the temperature was just right.
The breakfast offer was just right to set you up for the day because all around were great places for you to eat other things you might like.

Loved my stay at Mingle 7 Hostel! The easy self check-in was great, and having incredible local food like Char Kuey Teow and Hokkien Mee right on the doorstep was a highlight. As a prime travel spot, it's perfectly located for exploring top attractions from Komtar to Penang Hill. The ideal blend of convenience and culture—I'll definitely be back!

Loved the location. You can walk to most local attractions in Old Town and near Komtar & Avenue 1 malls. Lots of local food nearby. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Despite the size of the dorm with 20 beds inside it was very cosy!! The kitchen can be used, the internet is excellent and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Toiletries and water refill are available. Super easy and fast self check-in offered. The Komtar Building is next to the hostel and nearly every bus line stops right in front of yout door. I loved my stay and even extended for a few nights - thank you so much, dear team!

The location of this property is great. It is just a short drive to George Town, Penang Street Art, and KOMTAR. Finding delicious food while staying here is not a problem at all. The location is great plus i loved the staff here as they made sure all my requests were taken care of!
