The location of the property is great, right in the hustle & bustle off china town, lots of restaurants close by to choose from, across the road are the chew jetties and the main strip is approx 5/10 walk. The rooms are modern & spacious, rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and coffee refills. The hotel staff were so so lovely, they really do go above and beyond for you. We accidentally left our fire stick remote in our room during our stay and they were nice enough to post it to us! If I was to return to George town, I would definitely stay here again, it's a nice escape from the busy hustling bustling town.

The style of the outside of the Hotel was welcoming. On entering, it had a clean stylish interior. Very tastefully decorated and sympathetically decorated to the style of the colonial period. The whole place had a beautiful dreamy atmosphere about it. The Staff in every area of the hotel delivered Outstanding Customer Service. They were helpful and eager to help without being overbearing . The outside eating area remained me of being by the pool area, with three or four areas where you could draw the beautiful coordinating curtains for privacy. I did not use the swimming pool myself, but was told the temperature was just right. The breakfast offer was just right to set you up for the day because all around were great places for you to eat other things you might like.

    The apartment was very clean and had everything you need to cook. There are many restaurants and mini markets a few steps away. The bathroom was good and the view from the room was excellent! There is a supermarket not far from the building and the ''Straits Quay Marina Mall'' just 10min walk, i recommend going there to relax and take a few photos or even do some jogging.
