We stayed here to break up the drive from Lüderitz to Sesriem. Perfect for a night’s stop in winter. If it was in summer it would be nice to stay longer to enjoy the pool. The dinner at the restaurant was lovely. Felt more like home cooked food (several dishes, served family style) than many of the restaurants we tourists typically eat at. It was perfect. We visited in winter so it was very cold at night. But they gave us hot water bottles to sleep with, which made for a good night’s sleep! The owner ate with us, which I think is nice that he likes to chat with his guests. He even let us borrow some reading material for the night to study up on the wildlife and plant life in Sossusvlei.

Amazing private camping facilities. High quality. Very comfortable. We were very lucky to view bat-eared foxes during sunset and giraffes during sunrise.

Perfect stop for us en route to Sesriem. Very comfortable 2 room chalet. Very helpful staff. Had a puncture on the way which they fixed for us. Very tasty dinner and breakfast.
