location is very good , near to metro , 15 minutes to central by walk , 9 minutes to dam location . staff is very friendly , breakfast is amazing , the girl at the restaurant is very clever and smiling every time , helpful.

The staff were very friendly & cooperative, and due to flights delays and cancelation I had to change my booking dates, and the hotel management managed to solve this issue in a very professional and smooth way, both rooms I booked were spacious, clean and well organized, hotel location was excellent nearby shops, markets, restaurants, and very close to the city center. Everything was beyond our expectations! Breakfast was really good, but unfortunately there was no gluten free bread for instance. The bathtub in the room didn't work proper to take a bath because water was flowing away still.
