The staff was so nice and helpful. The place is cozy and location perfect as it's near the museums and tram and was quiet nonetheless. The room was spacious and welcoming with coffee and tea and a nice balcony.

The highlight for sure was the kindness of the staff! The bed was soo comfortable! I feel like every detail was really thought out and everything you need to have a great trip is there. The location is a bit out of the city Center but it’s close to the nice parts of Amsterdam like the 9 streets.
