The staff were very friendly & cooperative, and due to flights delays and cancelation I had to change my booking dates, and the hotel management managed to solve this issue in a very professional and smooth way, both rooms I booked were spacious, clean and well organized, hotel location was excellent nearby shops, markets, restaurants, and very close to the city center. location is very good , near to metro , 15 minutes to central by walk , 9 minutes to dam location . staff is very friendly , breakfast is amazing , the girl at the restaurant is very clever and smiling every time , helpful.
