A great find! The location is ideal for Spark Arena and the free parking a real bonus. Lovely location just across from the Rose Garden and an easy walk to Parnell. The room was very well appointed and beds comfortable. Highly recommend.

We were in Auckland for a concert at Spark arena. So, the booking was all about location which exceeded our expectations.
We were also very impressed by the bar menu prior to concert, as my husband is celiac and the GF options were excellent.

Staff member was courteous, and very helpful
Room was as charged, well appointed and clean, above 3.5 star, bed was super comfy, toilets and shower very good and modern
Parking @15/night safe n secure, and a real cost saver.
Location extra generous, and art deco (see photo), well preserved, historical, nearly 100 years young
