One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. We were provided not only a comfortable room at such an excellent location but also yummy meals throughout the day, ample snacks and skin care amenities as well as useful tools such as water bottles and raincoats for our hiking at Macchu Picchu. I'm also happy to see that the hotel is dedicated to providing environmentally friendly products in the room. The staff were super helpful. Was impressed by their staffer John's warm and genuine service from the time we got off the train at the Macchu Picchu Station.

The staff was super welcoming! They helped us to arrange the purchase of our entrance and bus tickets to Machu Picchu and even packed us a lunch bag when we told them that we will go to Machu Picchu before the breakfast starts. Room had everything we needed, definitely recommend!

It was quaint, clean, comfortable beds and attractive though modest rooms, right next to the hot springs and easily walkable to the buses to Machu Picchu. The included breakfast was very pleasant and the staff were all helpful. The restaurant downstairs is also very good, though not associated with the hotel.

The place is in the middle of the city, very close to the bus station that’s taking you to Machu Picchu and very close to the train station. They waited for us at the train station upon arrival and guided us to the hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful and polite, they gave us directions for buying tickets for the bus and made sure we find the place. The room was ok, quite noisy from the river, but it’s not a big deal. The breakfast does not have so many choices, but overall was pretty good.

Loved the hotel, located right next to the river… you can hear the water and see the Main Street in Aguas Calientes. The room was just as showcased in the pictures and the bed was massive ✨. They welcomed us with chocolate and water, the staff is kind and extremely helpful. Santiago and his team were accommodating and helped us in getting our bus tickets, picking us up from the station and keeping our luggage after check out. They also helped us when we arrived drenched from our hike and aired our clothes, shoes and backpacks in the top floor. The breakfast is the best we had in all Peru: fruit salad, cereal, yogurt, your choice of eggs, salchicha and plátanos ✨. Overall we we’re extremely happy and can’t wait to come back Thank you Mapiland
