Breakfast options were excellent, just wish breakfast timings extended a little later. The laundry service was amazing and very prompt!

What the property lacks in infrastructure is easily made up by the world class service provided by every single staff member. From the moment we walked in to register Mr. Kashif Butt single handedly solved many of the booking.com challenges discovered and managed to get us a phenomenal rate. He was instrumental in solving a number of other reservation related issues without second thought. Ayesha the Guest Relations Manager was a true ambassador for the hotel making sure every day every thing was according to our taste and extending assistance anytime we needed it plus being proactive in all communications. Altaf plus all the rest of the restaurant staff we extremely attentive and knew exactly what we desired every day and were proactive. The cherry on the cake was the quality of the food. We ate at many restaurants in Lahore during our stay and the consensus was overwhelmingly that Park Lane Hotel has the best tasting food. The lack of hard product sophistication is more than made up with the world class people working at Park Lane plus the quality of the food.

Very impressed with the quality of amenities, comfort, cleanliness, and customer service. The hotel is very clean and staff is very helpful. The icing on the cake is the healthy and clean food options they have on their menus - second to none in any hotel. Their staff at breakfast, especially Mr. Waqas, was very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this if you’re coming from abroad and are hoping to get best of everything. Or even if you’re local; this is a great establishment. The only recommendation would be if they can add some more amenities like a pool or spa.

I had a wonderful experience at The Nishat Hotel Gulberg, Lahore. Upon arrival, Mr. Uzair at the front desk kindly upgraded us from a Deluxe Room to a Royal Suite, which was a generous and much-appreciated gesture. The suite was beautifully furnished, spacious, and very comfortable. The overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and welcoming. Breakfast was also a highlight of our stay, offering a nice selection of authentic Pakistani dishes. The restaurant manager was exceptionally courteous and even remembered our preferred style of eggs each morning—an impressive personal touch that made us feel right at home. From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning on my next trip to Lahore.
