Our experience at this hotel was 10+. Everything was perfect! The staff was very kind and courteous, the breakfast was tasty, (although a bit pricey for the buffet), the decor of the hotel was peaceful and beautiful. Don't hesitate to book this one, and when you do, ask the staff to give you the history of the building. You are staying in a castle! Wonderful choice!

    I stayed in room 26.

    I stayed in room 26. I had to walk up stairs with luggage (No elevator), which I could work with. But the room was 10x10 at best, and the bed was smaller than a twin. The mattress should have been trashed at least 5-10 years ago. Not a good experience, but well located.

    This is a great accommodation for a short layover at WAW. Very clean and modern, energy efficient, has an airport shuttle that runs every 1/2 hour. The staff are friendly and helpful. Close to the historic downtown Castle Square, which I highly recommend visiting if your time affords.

    The location was perfect - direct access to/from airport by public bus - right next to the old town - you’re staying in a building with history, that shows up on paintings from the 1700s (the original building was built in 1660) - I had the room with the balcony, so in the evening I got to watch castle square from my own private perch :)
