Our experience at this hotel was 10+. Everything was perfect! The staff was very kind and courteous, the breakfast was tasty, (although a bit pricey for the buffet), the decor of the hotel was peaceful and beautiful. Don't hesitate to book this one, and when you do, ask the staff to give you the history of the building. You are staying in a castle! Wonderful choice!

This hotel certainly makes an impression on you from the moment you approach the main gate. Step inside and you enter a world which can be descriped only as "Modern Royalty". And all that in the middle of Warsaw's Old Town! The property and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very friendly and accomodating (they even gave me an upgrade). The breakfast in the morning was supurb. I definitely recommend this place and will be back.

The vote was clean, modern and had a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was included for everyone and it was really great with lots of options.
