Fantastic experience, one of the best hotels I've even been to. Beautifully designed facilities and rooms, friendly staff, luxurious spa for free (wet and dry saunas, massages available for an extra fee), amazing breakfast, free joga classes, city tours and other activities provided by the hotel. Walking distance to all the major landmarks (10-20 min). Absolute 10/10

Everything about the hotel was spot on clean! We really enjoyed all of the staff from the bar, to the front deak, to the breakfast dining area. We enjoyed spending time in the bar area in the evenings after a day of walking, and the breakfast was excellent. It was an easy walk to get from the hotel to the city centre area and the Christmas market area.

The Loft All-Inclusive Hotel Adults Only is set in Kraków in the Lesser Poland region, less than 0.6 mi from St. Mary's Basilica.
