The family room was big, suitable for 2 adults and baby. Bathroom was big as well. Nice smell. 2 elevators. Very tasty breakfast, variety of meal. Polite and helpful staff.

The best hotel I've ever been in. Everything was perfect. The staff was super attentive, helpful, professional and not intrusive. The room was luxurious, super comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was simply a 10/10. I don't remember how much I paid, but even if it was expensive I was eating like a king and in huge portions since it has open buffet and I was getting many dishes, so I wasn't eating anything else for the rest of the day. Pardon me, but for real I want to highlight the quality of the breakfast there. It was a 10/10, and now I won't be able to rate with a 10 to any other breakfast again since this was peak! Ah, I would love to live there! And as the cherry on the top, the location could not possibly be better, it is literally in the center of the old town. It is majestic over there. Going back to the hotel at night is a pleasure. I no longer will search for hotels in Kraków, it is going to be always Golden Queen, no doubt.

Very good service, the rooms are nice and clean. The view was not so great, try to ask for a view of the street/park if possible. Nice breakfast with good coffee and helpful staff. Great location - right next to the Wawel and main tourist attractions.

    The objects at the exhibition are demonstrated in an inappropriate way (dark color objects are lighten with a very huge lack of light, difficult to see the details, the objects are mixed and do not reflect the topic - the priest clothes and spoon? or something like this). In general there is difficult to understand what kind of ticket to buy, because the tickets contains more than one topic and no body explains, to which exactly exposition You’ll enter.
