我们夫妻俩以前在学校里学的是俄语，不懂英语，前台的工作人员非常耐心地通过我手机上的翻译软件，详细介绍酒店的情况，眼泪庄园的前世今生，凡是需要我们了解的信息，工作人员就做了耐心细致的讲解。我为我们不懂英语，为工作人员添了很多麻烦感到抱歉，工作人员说通过翻译软件这种方式同入住的客人交流，也挺有意思的。非常感谢工作人员的理解和帮助！酒店的晚餐也非常好，服务周到，非常满意。喜欢这家酒店，只是时间太过仓促，在酒店只住了一晚，但美好感受会永远留在我的记忆里。
