We loved everything about the place, situated in a really good place. lovely view of the sea, Belem tower, the bridge, padros dos descobrimentos. They had really good and hospitable staff, the warm pool, ham-man and sauna was great. The breakfast was super excellent.

My wife and I visited Lisbon in early August this year and we were extremely happy with our choice of hotel. It was in a cosy beautiful neighborhood hidden from the crowds and noise of the main streets but at the same time in 10 minutes walk from all the central sightseeing locations of the city. There was a great restaurant with a fantastic view just in a couple of steps from the hotel, and the hotel itself has a rooftop with an awesome view of the city and the bay. The breakfast was very good with homemade traditional food and sweets. Our room was quite small in size, but it hat just enough space and shelfs to store our luggage and belongings, so the remaining space for perfect for two. The hosts were extremely friendly, nice and helpful. Special thanks to Gabriel, Claudia and Joao. One advice from me to everyone seeking to feel the vibe of an ocean- go to Costa Da Caparica! And try a surfing class. That’s worth visiting Lisbon:)

The staff at Epic Sana were wonderful. Jorge the doorman was friendly and helpful. This hotel and its staff did everything to make you feel welcome, from the drinks and treats in the foyer upon our arrival to the special treats we received in our room as a welcome gift and throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to connect to all main areas of the city with a wonderful view of the castle from the roof top bar. The decor was smart and colour palette was relaxing and sophisticated. The breakfast was wonderful, a huge range of buffet choices, plus great coffee and a tasty hot option menu to order. We ate in the hotel also one evening and had the best handmade gnocchi I have ever tasted. The bijou spa was well managed, bookings required to ensure maximum guest enjoyment, with plenty of towels. Robes and slippers in the room plus a very generous amount of complimentary items, turn down service and mini bar. All staff from reception, F&B, to bar and housekeeping ensured we were welcomed and felt special throughout the stay. We enjoyed the experience so much that we asked for a late check out on the day we left to continue to enjoy the hotel.
