Wonderfully preserved town.
Wonderfully preserved town. We stayed the night at a lodging inside the walls, and the place is magical at night and early before tourists come. Restaurants are fun and elegant or casual, and the chocolate shops are a must-try. The marshmallow chocolate eggs are incredible. It’s 15 minutes drive from Obidos Castle & 15 minutes to the beautiful beaches. The local cafe was a few steps away and we enjoyed a coffee there every morning. It's only a short two minute walk to get inside. The apartment is very clean and modern, with everything you may need. Comfortable bed, very quiet area, perfect place to stay for a day or two while visiting Obidos or nearby locations. Highly recommended.
