I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. Without a doubt, it will be my top choice when I return to Porto. The establishment boasts a rich historical background and holds the prestigious UNESCO registration. The breakfast provided was truly delightful and scrumptious, while the room itself was spacious and impeccably clean. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to provide a friendly and accommodating service.

We loved the extra helpfulness of the staff - seriously nothing was too much trouble for them. They managed to accommodate our early check in request, and also kept our luggage after check out for later hours . Breakfast was beyond imagination ( I am not eating meat - and they had tasty and sufficient options even for myself). The design and the cleanliness is impeccable - and the location is walking distance for all attractions.

The small room was well-organized, featuring a spacious wardrobe and a bathroom annex. Very clean, the bed was comfortable. Delicious breakfast, with tasty orange juice and fresh scrambled eggs. Excellent location and friendly staff. Glass of Porto during check-in was a lovely touch.
