No matter what problema you have you Will wake up with a smile !

We loved the professional attention from Alvaro the waiter from the lobby, he exceeded our expectations and went the extra mile with our request, Management may have to consider to get another Alvaro for the reception area. Breakfast was amazing and the facilities are excellent.

Comfortable, great breakfast.

Muy cómodo, ordenado, limpio.

probably the best hotel in Ciudad del Este for the price, the reviews don't lie. They let us park longer at the hotel to visit Iguaçu

Room was large and comfortable, bathroom was also spacious with a good shower. Breakfast was varied with hot and cold food and plenty of fruit. Reception let us leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out which was really useful.

Excellent hotel with very good staff

Nice place in a nice setting ( park with trees ). Ideal if you have a vehicle and want to visit the dam. Breakfast isn't the best but who cares. Supermarket on the main drag 1 km away.

Its located in one of the high class areas of Ciudad del este. The hotel itself looked like a fairy tale, very luxury room and superfast elevator. Kind staff!

Staff were friendly and helpful, clean room

Staff was really friendly and helpful; the young daytime girl, the Night guy - super helpful attitude. Small fridge in most/all rooms - great. I could stay and work from the common areas after Check-out, which was also nice. There´s a huge supermarket (Italo) just 300 mtr. away - awesome! And you get to the Paraguay-bridge within a few minutes (fine bus-connections to Downtown Foz leave right outside, and Uber works very well, too. So no worries; you don´t miss anything, althoug Biton is a bit outside the city center.) OBRIGADO!

Nice rooms, great bar area with life! Good breakfast

Some of the staff talks English which Helpfully staff Breakfast Express laundry service

The room is equiped with everything you need. There is a comfortable bed, shower with hot water all the time, AC, TV and good signal of wifi. The furniture looks dated but you get what you pay for.

La piscina y el bar. Y las instalaciones en general

Magnificently interesting interior, I enjoyed looking at the objects and pictures/paintings carefully placed along the corridor to the rooms and downstairs in the lounge area leading onto the patio. Checking-in was pleasant and warmly welcomed by the beautiful senora and senoritas ~ the hospitality was personable, nothing was too much to ask. The hotel’s own artisanal cerveza made with guava hops is a must try! So nicely chilled and served in an ice bucket ~ sitting down in the garden, listening to the birds while chilling was heavenly ~ a tranquil environment.
