Hotel staff was really good, friendly and welcoming. There was a grocery store nearby. Pizza at the hotel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was exceptional. Luggage storage was provided. Also sleds for kids. Facilities like swimming pool, sauna, library and gym were excellent. Saw northern lights and nacreous clouds at the hotel.

Surrounded by mountain nature, the family-owned Camp Ripan .is a 10-minute car ride from Kiruna city center.

All personnel was smiley, kind and helpful. The cabin was warm and clean. The hotel was near to the bus stop where the airport transfer buses pass. Also the breakfast was amazing. I was a solo traveler and really felt safe.

The hotel is right at the entrance in Kiruna, from south, and it has a very imposing architecture, the bar at the 12th floor offering an amazing view until far distance. At the ground floor there are the lounge/bar and the restaurant, with great food options (buffet for breakfast and a-la-carte for dinner). Also there is a gym at 11th floor with basic but enough utilities for most needs. at 12th floor there's a sky-bar which exceeds the view and I fully recommend. The room was very spacious and with comfy beds, nice and clean bathroom. The daily cleaning is not by-default, if you need cleaning one day you need to ask at the reception. A special mention for the very helpful and supportive staff, both at reception and at bar/restaurant. We really liked it and fully recommend!

My husband and I along with our pet mostly like everything. The sauna and the gallery. Breakfast is simple but excellent as well.

Positioned at the north edge of the town it is the perfect place to spot the aurora. Clean, comfortable, relatively inexpensive. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic buffet lunch at a very affordable price.
