Great hotel with very good friendly service. Nice bathroom with quality amenities. I got a birthday cake with candle and a handwitten congratulation card. I'm verry impressed. The breakfast is delicious and variated I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. I arrived at 1.30 pm and were allowed to early check in and it's also permitted to late check out until 01.00 pm for 1 room. I really highly recommend this hotel and will stay in this hotel again next time when I come to Singapore

We stayed 1 night (Tower 3). Leon assisted us with check-in and he was amazing as soon as we walked up. Thanks to him, our stay was awesome from then until we had to check out. His customer service was top notch, but also a shout out to Jackson for his assistance in our room! Swimming pool - The infinity pool at night was an experience, with hot tub options and patio furniture. Customer service - Everyone in the facility was genuinely nice and are always greeting you. Hospitality is a 100/10 Room/amenities - Wonderful and luxurious. Location - Central to the several major attractions, making it easy to visit, as well as get to. Hotel appearance - The facility takes pride in it's appearance/cleanliness and it shows. Elevators - Despite there being multiple towers, they are all connected internally and they are quick!

The location was ideal, situated in a great area with easy access to everything we needed. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable. One of the standout features was their luggage storage service after check-out, which allowed us to explore the city without any hassle until it was time to head to the airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

Everything. From the time we walked into the lobby it was an amazing experience. The design of the hotel is awe-inspiring and the breakfast was delicious, a huge variety from Asian cuisine to western cuisine.
