Darris at the front desk was extremely helpful all the time !! He gave us lots of good idea!! The breakfast was great! The bartenders at the swing bar were all very nice!! The lady who helped us book a tour was very helpful as well. The older security guard who helped us cross the street to the new hotel was so good!!

The room is stunning with an incredible view. The size of the room is exceptional and the room is well equipped. The private pool is great and the food is tasty. We fed the elephants which was a great experience !

Nice, new place (only a few months old, I think). The room was clean, no creepy crawlies, linens & towels were soft, AC worked well, and a nice kitchenette area with a fridge was perfect for keeping food. The room comes with toilet paper, tissues, dental kits, and water everyday. Staff is really friendly and helpful and laundry service was reasonable. The hotel is located on the north side opposite the busy beaches, so it's quiet at night but there's still plenty of beach side restaurants and cafes. The beach is just across the street and it's mostly deserted during the days so you get it all to yourself!
