Room - room size and amenities are adequate for myself, wife and 2 teenager kids, we have a good rest there for our first night in BKK before traveling to Khao Yai the next day. Breakfast - breakfast is included in the stay for 4 of us, wonderfully prepared breakfast choosing from 4 set menu, each person entitled to a set, but drinks, coffee n tea, biscuits, bread, fruits, butter and jam are free flow. Taste wonderful. Location - it is located in small alley near to Grand Palace, 10 minutes walk to Khao San night market. The front desk (owner of hotel) is super friendly and helpful and patient. They put a lot of effort in maintaining the hotel, they do a lot water based planting in every corner of the hotel. The hotel is beyond our expectation, I would strongly recommend it to my friends.

This hotel was an absolute gem and the staff quickly became family! Not only was the location perfectly situated in Siam - quick walking distance to all the malls, street food, BTS and MRT - but the level of details included in the rooms made our stay truly phenomenal! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every moment and they seemed to know what each one of their guests had on their daily itinerary - even checking back in with them to hear about their experiences for the day! You can immediately tell that this is a family run boutique hotel because they treat every guest as if they were family - we can’t wait to come back and stay again! We miss you guys already!
