10/10 - Easily one of my favorite hotels in CM. Every time I arrive in Chiang Mai, I stay here for the first few days/week when I know I want to cool place to rest away from the hustle and bustle. Place is impeccably clean - rooms, common areas, pool. I have serious mold allergies, so I am serious about clean and dry accommodations. Staff is awesome and welcoming. Rooms are huge by my standards. Beds super comfy. Staying down an alley in what feels like a small compound gives so much privacy and easy vibes. High quality supermarket, 7-11, massage, pharmacy, all about a 4 minute walk. My favorite motorbike rental spot - [Vanada Tour, 28 Charoenprathet Rd] is right across the river (say hi to Eddy and his pops - tell them Eli the American said to hook it up) - they're not on google they're so low key, but they're always willing to negotiate some great rates on a little 125 click. *This time we had a pretty substantial flood in CM, knee-high water came right up to the hotel. They were so prepared they put up sand bags and with 2 feet of water right outside the facilities, we stayed completely dry. I forgot to buy rubber slip-on shoes so the owner gave a pair of his - and wouldn't accept any money for them. Just warm good hearted down to earth Thais - AND CLEAN! *And make sure to let them know if you come after 0:00 because they don't have 24-hour receptionist so they have to pop out to check you in - which I don't mind because I don't have to say hi to someone if I'm coming back to my room at 5:00 in the morning ;)

The team is just superb! They really want to help and support your needs. The room was clean, beds comfortable, pool was fun, and location was really great, walking distance to the old city, and just 7 min grab to the night market. We used the help of the staff to arrange our activities, and it went well 😊

Extremely friendly staff. The interior design of the room was nice. I enjoyed the swimming pool. The laundry service was good (but I recommend to use it only if you have enough time, you will get the clean clothes the next day by 6 PM).

Best place to sleep in Chiang Mai - nice breakfast , unlimited coffee water and fruits , guys from reception are always attentive and helpful with a smile. Clean , ac worked good , great location walking distance from old town.we also did our laundry there came back with great smell ,folded and fast. Highly recommend !!enjoyed very much.

The hotel is very well designed and the staff and atmosphere were cordial. We feel like it's the perfect little getaway situated right in the city center! The amenities made things very convenient for our stay (free unlimited water!!!, free fresh fruits!!!, good wifi, toiletries, etc.), and the breakfast options gave us the freedom to eat whatever we feel like (not to mention they're quite delicious). Although there was no parking on site, we were able to find street parking which wasn't much trouble at all. Just make sure you park on the correct side of the street designated on the street sign (even/odd dates). Overall, we'd definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Very pretty
