It’s perfect for someone who’s looking to relax in nature and near the beach. I rented a scooter from the property which was great. They helped me book my ferry ticket too. I would definitely go back here.

I was sick with a cold and I was asked every day if I was okay and if I needed anything. The beach is okay with little shade and gets shallow with the tide. There are beach towels, tea kettle and many more things, you just have to ask. A renovation is pending according to another post and that will add to the quaint hotel.JacquiCanada

It was fun watching the monkeys roam around. The hotel coordinated our taxi from the ferry to the hotel, which was nice as it was an AC vehicle for the 2 of us. Very close walking distance down the hill to the little village.

There offer 3 types of messaging service (we used WhatsApp) so you can text them questions or anything you need. They also offer food delivery to your room. We rented bikes and ordered food and they were incredibly responsive. They also sorted us out with a complimentary travel from the ferry pier to the property when we arrived! Would definitely stay here again.

I'd say the service quality is one of the best in Thailand. The beach is beautiful, the infinity pool is gorgeous, you can observe sunset in a jacuzzi. The transfer to / from the hotel is very smooth, i have my 78 yr old dad with me who has difficulty walking, the hotel is very considerate and take us to a van & get to public ferry instead of Pimalai boat, but it went very well and very smooth. I am so looking forwards to my 5th time at Pimalai.
