Exceptional hotel with exceptional staff. From the minute I walked in, the staff at the hotel went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Zaynab at reception guided me to the Apartments where Metehan, Suzon, Gokha, Salim and Cenk were more than friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the CVK Park Bosphorus when visiting Istanbul.

Staff was amazing ,cooperative and very helpful Fonda, Yousuf,Sarkan and specially Ilhan from the restaurant,and many more I don’t remember their names, All were amazing and treat you like family. It is highly secured, very respectful . When I reached the airport , I remember that I forgot my 2 mobile phones in the room I called them and they respond very fast . They sent it to me at the airport by taxi who was also very cooperative and helpful I will never forget their honorable behavior they saved my time and effort . Thank God i didn’t miss my flight.

Apart from being very conveniently located to Shuttle Bus and Metro station, I and my wife were both surprised to see that they offer fresh fruits for the guest as welcome pack upon checkin. It comes with a heartwarming welcome message. Upon our checkout, they even gave us a pack of Turkish Delight box as a token of appreciation. We never encountered such nice treatment from any hotel around the world. We hope to visit there again.
