We stayed at Address Istanbul 4 weeks ago during Bayram holidays. We had a truly excellent stay and a wonderful experience. Everything was simply perfect. Every single person of the staff, whether from concierge, reception, restaurant, room service or housekeeping was extremely professional and friendly.
