We stayed at Address Istanbul 4 weeks ago during Bayram holidays. We had a truly excellent stay and a wonderful experience. Everything was simply perfect. Every single person of the staff, whether from concierge, reception, restaurant, room service or housekeeping was extremely professional and friendly. Special Thanks to Mr. Kaan for his hospitality, his kindness and his friendliness. Obviously after experiencing the luxury stay at Address Hotel, for our next visit to Istanbul we will never be able to stay at any other hotel. We can't wait till our next visit.

This was our second stay at Poem and I can say again that it is a great hotel to stay, with very nice staff, awesome breakfast and sharp clean rooms. All the decorations , both inside and outside the hotel are very original and made in good taste. For sure we will stay again, when we will return to Istanbul.

We had such a great stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable — it’s just a 5-minute walk to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the waterfront. There are also countless restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible service from Yakup at the front desk. He welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. On the first day, he sat down with us and went over a map of Istanbul, pointing out all the major attractions and helping us plan our route. Thanks to him, we were able to get around easily and make the most of our time. Honestly, he’s one of the best hotel staff I’ve ever met! The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. It cost only €10, which is cheaper than most nearby restaurants, and it was absolutely delicious. We loved starting our day with a hearty Turkish breakfast while enjoying the cozy atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul — it’s a perfect base for sightseeing, and the service really made us feel at home.
