The location is great! The facilities and price is on a competitive edge compared to other hotels in instanbul - great value for money! But most of all, the service is impeccable! I highly commend Sultan, Mehmet, Seda and all the staff! I would like to mention all their names but i unfortunately was not able to get them! But every single one of them was professional and gave excellent customer service! From the reception, to the restaurant, concierge, cleaning team, and spa, we had a wonderful experience! Thank you so much!

Clean, well presented and centrally located. This is a pretty hotel tucked away about a 5 minute walk to the area where Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia are located. Staff are friendly, organised a very comfortable transfer , breakfast was sufficient , a variety of options. We felt safe, there was someone on duty 24 hours. Would highly recommend as great value for money and service !
