I loved the person who checked us in...she was so hospitable. I told her it was my sons bday, so we decided to treat him to a night at Marriot and evening of fun at the carousel with his friends....when we were at the carousel, she arranged a surprise for us in our room...a cake and a balloon...he was overjoyed...he turned 8...and his words were "I feel like a King". Thank you for your fabulous service and wonderful facilities. Breakfast was lovely as well.

Well, myself and Mike really enjoyed ourselves The young lady who works 7 am to 7pm Is really super cool and she's very helpful with everything, Thanks for a wonderful job 😀 I truly appreciate it, I keep forgetting her name she is doing a wonderful job I must admit that 😀 Also The night front desk guy Joseph he is a very helpful guy and helpful as well 👍 Not forgetting the security guy at the door, I don't know his name but he's a very helpful person.

The Grand Diamond hotel is always my first pick when staying in Trinidad. The staff is attentive, polite and willing to help with anything. Rooms are always up to par and comfortable. They also have free, on time shuttle service to the airport which is very close by.
