The locker room to keep our bags and backpacks safely (with our own passcodes) before checking in or after checking out (had to catch a red eye flight), giving us the benefit of enjoying Taipei hands free. Impeccable service! The rooftop pool had a wonderful view in the evening. Quite close to MRT station. The rooms have Japanese toilets that open up and flush automatically.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. What amazed me the most is their considerate and detailed service to make a stay more comfortable such as free laundry (including detergent) use, free tea/ coffee/ small cakes in the afternoon at the common space. Our room was spacious enough for three adults equipped with a bath tub and shower.

The room was perfectly sized for a solo traveler. It was clean and cozy. Toiletries were provided along with some tea bags and an electric kettle. I was on the 3rd floor but water pressure was good and the water temperature was consistent, unlike in the hotel I stayed at prior. The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet part of town but is walking distance from the Dadaocheng dock which was one of my favorite parts of the city. Dihua Old Street is also a stone's throw away. There's a bus station just around the corner.
