Hotels near Tamsui Old Street, Tamsui

Breakfast was pretty good, lots of selection; I chose to eat there about 60% of the time.

The credit card company anti-fraud team was trying to protect me but somehow they have rejected me from booking this hotel and then the manager of this hotel has proactive to clear up all the rejected charge and to provide me the accuracy one and also help in resolving the issue in observing the last room for me even all of my charged card got bounced off. I got pretty good impression of their good job done snd ensure me to get the protection from all if aspect. It is a great hotel and I am for sure is going to stay in this hotel whenever I got the chance to fly back to Taiwan.

There were a couple of things I like about the property. First, the room was very comfortable. It was neat and clean. There were complete amenities such as the towels, toiletries, slippers, extra pillow, fridge, safe box, table and chair, TV, hair dryer, bedside table with a drawer. It even has an air humidifier. The city view from the window was also nice while having a cup of coffee. What I loved the most was the bathroom. Second, the facilities. They already had a washing machine, a dryer and a flat iron. I hope they could let their guests bring it to their room though. The best part was the place where you can have breakfast (complimentary) had a good view of the mountain and Tamsui river. Breathtaking! Loved having my coffee there! Third, the location. It’s near a convenience store, supermarket, park, bus stop, LRT and MRT. So it’s so easy to go anywhere. Last but not the least, the hotel staff. They’re the most thoughtful and helpful staff I’ve ever met from all of my stays in New Taipei City. They’d ask me if I wanted housekeeping every time I left the hotel. So when I returned, my room was so clean and comfy. They also assisted me when I did my laundry and grabbing a taxi when I checked out from the hotel. Quality service, indeed!

The staffs are super nice and helpful!

The nice big rooms, Onsen, and lobby all very well designed. Very quiet and clean and nice balcony for fresh air. Onsen was quiet and calming with very little traffic. Convenient to MRT but not a lot of food options nearby without a 20 minute walk.

Superb experience! Brand new hotel, nice view from the room to the river, welcoming and friendly staff, outdoor swimming-pool, indoors hot spring and pool for kids, convenient changing room with lockers free of charge, amenities for kids, such as slippers, strawberry-flavored toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even lotion, hot spring bath also available in the room, delicious breakfast with many healthy options, and more. Really impressed! Worth the price! Highly recommend, especially for families with small kids!!!
